BREELAYNE – SHIPPING POLICY

1.    Delivery, tracking and ownership
We accept orders for delivery both in the US and internationally.  Please note that an order placed outside of the US will be considered as an international order.

1.1    International orders
BreeLayne ships to the following countries:  Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Channel Islands, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, UK, Ukraine, and USA. 1.2    Delivery charges
Prices shown on the website do not include delivery charges.  If your delivery address is outside of the US, you may have to pay additional import duty fees. Our delivery charges are as follows:
Within US ground – 15 USD
Within Europe – 65 USD
Mexico/Canada – 55 USD
Rest of the world – 80 USD
If your delivery address is outside of the US, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  You are responsible for meeting such duties and taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance.  Please note that customs policies vary from country to country and we recommend you contact your local customs office for information before you place an order.

1.3    Delivery
1.3.1    We shall endeavor to dispatch the product to you as soon as possible after you place your order.  It may take us between 2 and 5 business days to process your order.  Once your order has been processed, the item will be shipped within 48 hours of an in-stock item and in any event within 30 days beginning on the day after you place your order.  If your item is pre-order, we will email you on an approximate ship date. If we are unable to dispatch the product within that time we will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date.  In these circumstances you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.  A business day is a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in the United States or your chosen shipping destination. 
1.3.2    An order placed after 4 pm Pacific Standard time on a business day or placed on a non-business day will be deemed as placed on the next business day.

1.4    Tracking your order
Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email which contains a tracking number.
All products will be dispatched by FedEx for both domestic and international shipments. Please note that we are not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances relating to FedEx itself, including but not limited to clearance delays.  If you have any queries as to the status of your order following receipt of your confirmation email, you should contact FedEx directly.

1.5    Restrictions
1.5.1    Please note that we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including severe weather, fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident, terrorist activity and other unexpected events or circumstances.
1.5.2    Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

1.6    Failed deliveries
1.6.1    In the event that FedEx is unable to deliver your order due to you entering incorrect or incomplete address details, your refusal to pay any additional customs, taxes, duties or tariffs imposed by your chosen shipping destination or multiple failed attempts to deliver the product to your chosen shipping address, we are not responsible for any additional fees incurred. 
1.6.2    In such circumstances, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return to us and redelivery of your order.

1.7    General
1.7.1    As soon as the product is delivered to you, you are responsible for it. 
1.7.2    We want you to be happy with your purchase from BreeLayne.  If you are unhappy with the product in any way please contact our Customer Service Team at info@breelayne.com as soon as possible.
